as you all know, this is my favorite time of year…really its like my Christmas. I’m serious! Its time for the 2011 Providence Street Painting Festival. this year’s festivities are taking place on Sun the 3rd of October from noon to 6, so if you are in the area stop by and see some great art, listen to some tunes, and of course vote for me   this year should be an exctingly fun time, i’ll be drawing with my bf and a couple of our great friends…we have done some awesome planning for this year’s design…i have to say everyone should be pleasantly surprised when it is unvailed. if you can’t make it to the festival, don’t worry, i have your back covered. i will post all our planning and predrawings along with the real deal on monday, so look forward to that.

have really been meaning to sculpt but just didnt have time this weekend…but it was a crazy fun weekend. hope to get at it tomorrow. just painting beet beet’s nails a gorgeous festivus green for st pats day!!! she is a party animal and the green is stunnin w her shinny black coat!!! dont worry,pix to follow soon! it really is a chore to get her to sit still long enough to let the paint dry tho….oh well it is SOOO worth it!

soo it was brought to my attention that i am a total slacker as far as my blog is concerned and that i havent posted anything since last year!!! (really its only been 3 months) but i guess its time to get back at it huh!? are all my devoted followers missing me these days?! well i have been quite busy with the holidays and the day job lately…not to mention the new workout regime…but its time to find some new crazy critter creatures out there! i even have two specially commissioned pieces to work on…so i better get cracking huh?!

so i was just sitting here thinking to myself and the thought crossed my mind….maybe i should make a little print out collector card of the lil baby dragons that i make…kinda like the preview pic that i post and then when you purchase a dragon you can get a lil arrtist trading card of your dragon as well…and maybe collect those too. i think that could be really neat. what do you all think? i need too know if this is a stupid idea or not…dont be shy…speak up and tell me!
